五级标签分别说明能证明什么、不能证明什么。平台只做协作组织，不出售公共信誉。Five labels state what they can and cannot prove. The platform organises collaboration; it does not sell public reputation.

数字公民不是法律身份A digital citizen is not a legal status「数字公民」仅指本平台的成员与贡献者身份，不代表法律国籍、政府身份或官方资格。AI 与智能体账号必须明确标识，不能冒充真人。“Digital citizen” means membership and contributor status on this platform only. It does not imply legal nationality, government identity or official qualification. AI and agent accounts must be clearly labelled and may not impersonate humans.

邀请制、频率限制、举报与申诉是基础，不是以后再加的功能。Invitation, rate limits, reporting and appeals are baseline features, not later add-ons.

邀请与限制Invitation & limits

种子阶段只邀请有真实成果的人；新账号有频率限制，项目外私信默认受限。The seed stage invites people with real work only. New accounts are rate-limited; unsolicited DMs are restricted by default.

举报、拉黑、申诉Report, block, appeal

每个成员都能举报骚扰、虚假成果和版权问题；处理过程留痕，允许回应。Every member can report harassment, false claims and copyright issues. Actions are logged and responses are allowed.

不出售信誉Reputation is not for sale

不能购买好评、已验证标签、公共信誉分或虚假合作记录。评审者可以获得劳动报酬，但不能被要求给好评。No buying reviews, verified labels, public reputation scores or fake collaboration records. Reviewers may be paid for work, never required to give a positive review.

隐私控制Privacy

公开作品，不等于公开全部生活。Public work does not mean a public life.

公开笔名、精确位置、联系方式、客户资料和付款身份分开控制。Public pseudonyms, exact location, contact details, client materials and payment identity are controlled separately.

默认最小公开Minimum by default

不默认公开精确位置、私人联系方式、客户文件和未授权的合作记录。Exact location, private contact details, client files and unauthorised collaboration records are private by default.

身份只在必要时核验Verify only when needed

涉及付款和合同时，身份可在必要范围内私密核验；不要求公开真实姓名。For payment and contracts, identity can be verified privately within the necessary scope; a public legal name is not required.

案例先取得许可Permission before a case study

客户案例公开前取得许可；撤回授权后停止公开展示。Client case studies require permission before publication; public display stops after consent is withdrawn.

争议处理Disputes

先把事实和版本摆出来。Put the facts and the version on the table first.

争议处理不是平台裁决法律权利；它是协作记录、证据和下一步的整理。Dispute handling is not a legal ruling. It organises the collaboration record, evidence and next step.

入口与边界Entry and boundaries提交争议时写明项目、版本、里程碑、已付款项、具体问题和期望的解决方式。平台可以暂停项目房间、保留文件版本、邀请双方回应；不能代替法院、仲裁或行政机关作出法律判断。支付争议按合规支付服务方的规则处理。When submitting a dispute, include the project, version, milestone, amount paid, specific issue and desired resolution. The platform may pause a project room, preserve file versions and invite both sides to respond. It cannot replace a court, arbitration or a regulator. Payment disputes follow the rules of the compliant payment provider.

AI 与智能体AI & agents

AI 可以参与项目，但不能冒充人。AI can join a project, but cannot pretend to be a person.

每个智能体账号必须显示所属真人或组织、可读取的项目、可执行的操作、是否会产生费用，以及谁对行为负责。Every agent account must show its human or organisational owner, readable projects, permitted actions, whether it can incur costs, and who is accountable.
